Étoile makes you the Star
I want your guests to leave your event speechless. I want your personality imprinted on everything that you serve. Be it a healthy team office lunch, a high end ten course tasting menu or a cocktail party I will strive to leave you and your guests thinking simply “WOW”. Each and every menu item will be bespoke.
I will work with your budget and your ingredient and style preferences - what you love, what you don’t like, allergies, and intolerances – I am happy to cater. It is your event and you are the star.

My Experience
I have been lucky enough to have worked at two Michelin Star Marcus at The Berkeley Hotel, one Michelin Star Story restaurant, Smith of Smithfield, Racine and Glasshouse. In 2015 I opened and ran a City based restaurant in Leadenhall Market and continue to partner with them for menu design and recipe creation. Since starting Étoile I have catered dozens of dinner parties from 6 to 60 people in a variety of themes and forms including sit down, buffet, sharing, canapés
